Consultation & Design
This is the very first stage of planning your event. We’ll marry your ideas with your budget, and create visuals and realistic rendered images to help you imagine how your event will look and flow. We use Computer Aided Design to model site layouts and audience flow, as well as for calculation of structural tolerances, lighting and audio plans and more.
JHAV can produce all the documentation needed for authoritative approval. We make short work of any required licensing applications, health and safety evaluations, risk assessments and method statements.
We are a COVID safe business and can incorporate social distancing measures, safe working practices and cleansing required to meet current government guidelines.
Planning & Management
This is where we bring all the elements of your event together, creating work schedules and working site plans. We make sure to take a proactive look at the measures that can make your event special. This includes AV and lighting hire, set design, and skill and material resource planning. JHAV will continue to consult with authorities and other controlling bodies as we progress, ensuring every ‘t’ is crossed and every ‘i’ dotted.
We pride ourselves in working with only the very best operatives and freelancers. Each member of the team working on your event is chosen for their skills and unique talents. All of our staff maintain a high level of safe and diligent working practices to CDM guidelines. Our very own in-house NEBOSH health and safety manager oversees our H&S practices and sign-offs. We strive to be your one stop event shop, providing audio, lighting and video hire, as well as video screen, projectors, rigging, structures, temporary event power and more.
