- What areas do JHAV cover?
We’re based in the South West, but we work across the UK and Europe. Whether your event’s down the road or across the continent, we’ll be there with the right kit and the right team. Distance isn’t a barrier when you’ve got the logistics sorted.
- How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you know you need us. We’ve pulled off brilliant events with short notice when needed. Give us a call and we’ll tell you straight whether we can make it happen.
- Do you only supply equipment, or can you run the event too?
Both. We can simply provide the kit if you’ve got your own crew, or we can handle the entire technical production from start to finish. Most of our clients prefer the full-service approach, it means one point of contact, one team who knows the brief inside out, and frankly, fewer headaches for you.
- Can you work with our existing suppliers or venue?
Absolutely. We collaborate with venues, agencies, freelancers, and other suppliers all the time. Good events are team efforts, and we’re comfortable working as part of a bigger production.
- How do you ensure the right expertise for every project?
We don’t pretend to know it all, and occasionally we call on our extended family for additional technical excellence and wisdom. We work alongside a host of freelance technicians and engineers, production managers and producers. These professionals help us to deliver multiple projects and programs so JHAV can not only meet our clients’ demands, but exceed their expectations.
