Technical production
From audio, video and LED to projection, lighting, staging, set and rigging, we cover every piece of technical infrastructure your event needs. We’ve got 2,752 equipment types live in our own warehouse, ready for your event.
Event design
We work with you on your concept and layouts, set and lighting design, and use 2D and 3D visuals so you can see how the event will work before you step on site.
Event management
Planning, schedules, logistics, crew management, speaker liaison and on-the-day coordination.
Planning & compliance
Risk assessments, health and safety documentation, and accessibility planning, including hearing loops, mobility access and interpretation or translation services where needed.

2. Build the right approach.
We choose the people, production and equipment to suit your event, venue, audience and goals. Where it helps, we use floor plans and 3D visuals so you can see how it’ll look before the day begins.
3. Plan every detail.
Crew, logistics, health and safety, accessibility and technical requirements are all covered before we arrive.
4. Deliver on the day.
Our team manages everything from build to breakdown, working alongside your speakers, organisers, venue and external suppliers. When something changes, we deal with it. That’s part of the job.
5. Review and repeat.
Afterwards, we can talk through what worked, what we’d change, and what’s next. Useful if you run events regularly, we value working with many of our clients year after year.

We’ve delivered corporate and live events from Glasgow to Manchester to London, and plenty of places in between.
Take the National Neurology Transformation Meeting in Birmingham. Clinicians, commissioners and patient advocates spent the day at the Macdonald Burlington Hotel, and the moment the talks ended at 4pm, we had two hours to clear the room and hand it back, fully reset, for the next event at 6pm. Our project manager sequenced the strip-out before the day started, local crew handled the physical clearance, and our specialist technicians ran a safe, ordered derig alongside them. Two hours, no drift, no delay.
Gone Wild Festival needed the same show delivered twice, 304 miles apart. We ran a full technical production covering sound, lighting and video across a main stage and a second breakout stage. The first at Holkham Hall, a Grade I listed estate in Norfolk, then at Powderham Castle, a family home in Devon dating back to 1391. Rather than starting from scratch at each site, we built one production design and repeated it, keeping the same crew across both locations so acts like Clean Bandit and Ministry of Sound found familiar faces and a touring-style rig wherever they landed.

- What does a corporate event production company do?
We manage the production and technical delivery behind an event, from the initial brief and planning through to the live event itself. Depending on what you need, that can include event management, technical production, crew, staging, lighting, audio, video, logistics and health and safety.
- What types of corporate events does JHAV produce?
We regularly work on conferences, AGMs, summits, award ceremonies, product launches, exhibitions, trade shows, company events, hybrid events and multi-venue productions. But we’ve done experiential work too. Whatever your idea, get in touch.
- Do you manage corporate events across the whole of the UK?
Yes, and regularly beyond. Distance isn’t a barrier. We travel with the right kit and the right team. We’ve also supported clients with events in Europe and worldwide.
- Can you manage the whole event?
Yes. We can provide technical production, event management or a combination of the two. If you already have a production team or crew, we can also provide equipment and technical support where appropriate.
- How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, particularly for larger or more complex events. That said, we’ve delivered great events at short notice when we’ve had the capacity to make it work.
- How many corporate events do you handle a year?
185 corporate and live events a year, on average, across corporate events, live production, festivals and installations. Many of our clients come back year after year.
