We want to understand your organisation
and then deliver a stunning event for your audience
JHAV has over a decade of experience in delivering corporate events and awards events across the UK, and internationally. We use this experience to help you create unique and memorable events for your audience, it’s what we do best.
Maybe you have a new product to launch, industry awards to present, or a conference to discuss new strategies? With JHAV you’re in safe, dependable hands. Our track record and results speak for themselves.
We get you the best from your budget
This is the very first stage of planning your corporate event. We’ll bring together your ideas and your budget and turn them into visuals or realistic rendered images to help you imagine how your event will look, flow, and work.
Detailed to-scale plans will help you work out delegate numbers and audience flow, event design and equipment requirements.
Event Planning and Management
Once the concept and design are agreed upon, we go into pre-production and bring all the important elements of your event together. This includes looking at the components that make your event bespoke and unique such as the Audio, Video and Lighting equipment, materials and skills resources. We can also write bespoke Risk Assessments and produce Method Statements.
This is where the planning jigsaw pieces come together. Our expert technicians will build the various elements of your event; from hanging the rigging and placing lights and speakers, to taping down cables and dressing the space.
Once we’re all set, it’s time for rehearsals and run-throughs, supporting your team and every guest speaker so they can deliver their presentation to a fully engaged and inspired audience.
If you want to grow and develop your events then a post-event de-briefing is vital. This can include data analysis from the audience, feedback from the presenters and attendees, and observations from the JHAV management team.
If required, we can secure local authority feedback, and canvas opinions from others involved; emergency services, public comments, and questions, or industry body interviews.
