Multi-Site Festival? Consider it Solved
This summer, JHAV delivered full-scale technical production for Gone Wild Festival Norfolk at Holkham Hall. Collaborating with the Gone Wild team to transform the historic estate into a world-class family festival.
Holkham marked the first stop for Gone Wild in 2025, before the show travelled 304 miles southwest to Powderham Castle in Exeter for Gone Wild Devon. By designing and delivering a technical model that could be replicated across both sites, we made it simple to bring the same incredible experience, complete with acts like Clean Bandit and Ministry of Sound, to two different coasts.
Attendance for the festival had grown year-on-year, so we needed it to run seamlessly!

The Goal / Introduction:
Holkham Hall is one of Norfolk’s most prestigious country house estates, known for its sweeping parkland and historic architecture. As a Grade I listed site and a cultural landmark, it presented both opportunities and challenges for staging a large-scale family festival. Similarly, Powderham Castle in Exeter has been a family home and community landmark in Devon since 1391. The park and gardens of Powderham are grade II listed in the National Register of Historic Parks and Gardens, so we needed to approach with even more care than normal.
The organisers needed a partner who could not only deliver a festival in these sensitive heritage settings but also scale that same production across two venues. Having already built a strong relationship with the Gone Wild team in previous years, JHAV were ready to deliver a technical solution that would guarantee consistency, efficiency and high quality at every stage.

This included us supplying a floor package for both Ministry of Sound and Clean Bandit for both sites. We organised the logistics for this so it felt like a touring package for the touring LD’s

Our Approach:
We approached the project as one show, two locations.
- Consistency: A production design that could be duplicated across Norfolk and Devon with minimal adaptation.
- Reliability: The same crew wherever possible, so performers and staff worked with familiar, trusted faces at both festivals.
- Artist Care: From backstage support to smooth changeovers, we made sure artists were looked after properly. So they could focus on delivering unforgettable performances.
Gone Wild had been months in the making, and by combining smart planning with proven processes, JHAV made it simple to bring Gone Wild to life at Holkham and then replicate that success in Exeter. Creating one unified festival experience across the country on the multiple sites. And the proof is in the pudding:
“Partnering with JHAV for the twin-site Gone Wild Festival was an absolute game-changer. The technical provision was consistently of the highest calibre across both locations, ensuring a spectacular and memorable experience for the audiences. Crucially, their management of three identical venues across both sites, provided an unprecedented seamless experience for all our performing artists. Knowing that the stage setup and technical personnel were uniform across both venues eliminated any uncertainty, allowing the artists to focus purely on their performance. They are the definition of reliability and excellence for complex, multi-venue production.”
