Staging.
JHAV stock two complimentary types of staging.
Revo stage for quick and lightweight corporate applications, where speed and ease of installation are key to the event’s success. Pre-carpeted with lightweight fold out legs at fixed heights.
Our Prolyte StageDex provides great flexibility for indoor and outdoor events. Available in a variety of sizes with a range of options for leg heights, ramps, steps and handrails, it’s ideal for live music stages, outdoor podiums, larger corporate events and accessible viewing platforms.
Trussing.
We stock Global Truss F34PL and F44 in classic silver and black options. With a wide range of truss lengths, corner sections, base plates, corner blocks, headers and sleeve blocks. With these, we can create a wide range of custom structures for lighting, sound and video applications from standard trusses to bespoke gantries and support systems.
With a 20m long prep area in our warehouse, we can also provide space for full technical prep to markup trusses and test lighting fixtures prior to arriving onsite. To make sure your event runs smoothly on the day.
All our truss and rigging accessories are fully LOLER tested.
Truss Gantries.
Our truss gantries can come in various shapes and sizes to suit your event needs.
You’d like a complete truss solution? We can provide technical drawings ahead of the event, appropriate wind rated calculations and a variety of ballast options, including 1-tonne concrete blocks from our own stock.
Don’t know what you need? No problem. Our team can advise on the appropriate types of truss gantries and sizes of banners when initially discussing your event.
PA Towers and Self Climbing Screen Structures.
Positioning sound and screens correctly is essential for successful outdoor events. You want to make sure you have maximum audio coverage and visual visibility for every attendee.
We provide a range of equipment to achieve this. Our Global Truss LA500 PA towers offer hook heights of up to 7 metres, subject to configuration and loading requirements. These support a range of suitable d&b Audiotechnik PA systems, to ensure crystal clear audio no matter the type of event.
In the screen department, we can provide a scalable self-climbing LED screen system, with robust wind management provisions and various options available for additional branding. This allows your content, live camera and sponsor slides to be visible to the whole audience.
Bespoke PA Towers
Our bespoke 360 PA towers, originally designed for running events to improve coverage for public address systems, also provide flexible audio positions for large outdoor spaces where communication is key. We can also supply wireless links and battery powered, making a totally remote technical solution.
Motors and Chain Blocks.
Our stock includes EXE Rise electric chain hoists in 1-tonne and half-tonne capacities, manual chain blocks from 250kg to 1 tonne, pickles and rain covers for outdoor use. We have a range of motor cabling and socapex fan ins and ours to work with our motor controllers for simple or complex systems. We also carry a wide range of chain blocks in stock, varying from 6m to 9m in length.

Temporary Stage Covers.
Our Konligo Arch roof system provides a compact and foldable solution for outdoor events where limited access or short set up times make conventional stage roofs impractical. With suitable rigging points for smaller lighting packages, it’s ideal for acoustic performances, outdoor presentations or community events.
Rigging Accessories.
Ordering the truss and motors you need is one thing, but it’s the small accessories that can be the difference between a smooth installation or not. We have a large range of rigging accessories which include various shackles, spansets, steels, wire rope rigging, key clamp, scaffolding, clamps and much more.
More than just Dry Hire.
Temporary structures require careful planning, technical knowledge and experience installation teams. JHAV can support your project from initial site visits all the way through to design, installation, event and derig.
Depending on the project, our services can include 2D plans, 3D visualisations, technical drawings, structural calculations and H&S documentation. We work with you to understand the site, access and production requirements. All to create a tailored technical solution for your event.

Yes. We can provide a bespoke complete service from site visit through to installation with our skilled team of project managers and technicians.
Do you have your own trailer stage or large outdoor stages?
We don’t, but we know just who to call. If you’re looking for large outdoor stages or trailer stage solutions, we have a network of trusted suppliers that we regularly work with. We are familiar with the structures, the technical solutions that work with them and we can work together to come up with the best options for your event.
Can you help me work out what equipment I need?

Do you work and deliver nationally?
We’ve done events in London, Glasgow, Birmingham and beyond. Often heading into Europe with our clients. Let us know where you’re thinking and we’ll take it from there.
National delivery is no problem. We can arrange everything from a single item or pallet through to multiple pallets or even an Artic load.
We can use our preferred shipping partners or work with your own, depending on what works best for your event.
Collection is also an option. The right solution will depend on the equipment, quantity and where it needs to go, so talk to us and we’ll work it out.
