At London Paddington Station, we built and installed a live activation for GWR’s new hybrid Wi-Fi launch, working inside a live railway environment with a three-person install team, a four-night build window, and Network Rail’s operational schedule dictating every move. In Birmingham, we ran full technical production for the National Neurology Transformation Meeting at the Macdonald Burlington Hotel, then cleared and reset the entire room in the two hours between that event finishing and the next one starting. No delays, no drift. It’s now an annual event.
